Proper Frame Displays is an established sports memorabilia and framing business based in Glasgow. EN-TE were approached to refresh the design of the website and improve the customer's experience.

The challenge for this website was to create a bold and dynamic style that would work with the existing brand, so dark colours were used as the base. The target market is predominantly males, so a masculine vibe was achieved through the use of minimal colour and a palette of black, red and grey.
To improve the user interface and convert more users into paying customers, the navigation was overhauled with the addition of product category pages, an integrated site search and more product options before checkout, to allow customers to personalise their framing selection and show costs upfront.
The Results
The proof of this approach is shown in the increase in session durations on the site as users engage with the newly formatted and fast loading content, growing a huge 89% compared to the month before the new design was launched.
